Customer Service Administrator - £26,000 - £28,000 plus free parking based in Woking, SurreyThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join an extremely well-established company in an exciting niche industry.The successful candidate will be organised, methodical and have an appetite for administrative tasks. You’ll be confident, assertive with excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy a challenge and have a passion for working within a small growing business, and be someone who pays attention to the little details.Your day will be varied, fun, sometimes stressful, but always rewarding.Duties/attributes: 

• Support the Account Managers with quotes, enquiries and administration tasks, allowing them to focus solely on revenue generating activities. 
• Working with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all quotes and financial information is collated and provided to support the daily and weekly reporting.
• Liaising with clients and chasing up project information to ensure a full and comprehensive understanding of the brief
• Assist with customer calls and ensure all job information is passed through to operations.
• Data entry via a CRM system
• First point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered
• Build professional relationships with all colleagues, senior management team, clients and partners both internally and externally.
