My client is seeking a very capable Administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team

This is a permanent full-time position, for the right candidate they can offer flexibility.

The successful candidate will manage the diary, provide a warm welcome to all visitors, and have experience with supporting management in a fast-paced environment.

They seeking someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong eye for detail, plenty of initiative, along with a great sense of humour.

• Calm and personable with a good sense of humour
• Organised, self-motivated and pro-active.
• Experience of supporting management, diary management and complex scheduling.
• Highly literate, a keen eye for detail and competent writer of business letters and reports
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, in order to deal confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Confident and advanced level use of a wide range of IT applications, especially MS Office.
• Experience of using G-Suite would be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to differentiate between important and urgent matters and to prioritise effectively.
