Building Services Engineer - Dublin

DOE: €70K - €85K

Company Overview:

A leading tier 1 Main Contractor with various ongoing projects. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Building Services Engineer.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking to recruit a Building Services Engineer for our Client.
• This is a permanent, fulltime position, that would be best suited to a highly motivated Building Services Engineer.
• The successful candidate will join their team in Dublin and report to the management team.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services in a variety of commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.
• Experience with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details, liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Company standards and programme.
• Manage submission of O & M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Candidates should have relevant 3rd level qualifications and at least three years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable field.
• Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as is the ability to work in teams, to be organised self starters and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
