Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Office Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a days-only position based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the dispatch office, coordinating warehousing and IT tasks, handling inbound and outbound deliveries, data input, and managing paperwork. You will also liaise with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations in the dispatch office

Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Input and maintain data in relevant systems

Handle all paperwork related to warehousing, transport, and production

Work closely with the production team to align schedules and resolve any delivery issues

Support IT-related tasks within the warehousing environment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within warehousing or dispatch

Strong IT skills and the ability to work with data entry systems

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Comfortable with a 4 on 4 off days-only shift pattern

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Desirable:

Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems
