What will you do as a Sales Administrator?

  • Manage the sales order process from initial receipt through to customer delivery
  • Prepare and follow up on bespoke quotations using internal CRM system
  • Inputting accurate order details into Sage including measurements and components
  • First point of contact for any customer services enquiry through email or phone
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gain updates for the customer
  • Prepare all relevant paperwork for the warehouse team and dispatch of the product

What do you need as a Sales Administrator?

  • Previous sales admin experience ideally from a manufacturing background
  • Use of Sage and CAD would be desirable but not essential
  • Experience preparing quotes and managing sales order process
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft office packages
