Description

• Provide top-notch administrative support to the executive team.
• Manage complex diaries and meeting schedules.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
• Assist in the organisation of company events and conferences.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the executive team.

Profile

A successful 'PA to Exec Team' should have:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience as a PA supporting SLT
• Live locally to North Hertfordshire, Royston
