Site Manager (No.1 & No.2) - Worcester Area

Are you ready for your next permanent Site Management opportunity? We're working with a respected regional contractor in the Worcester area, looking to bring on both a No.1 and a No.2 Site Manager for a major industrial unit project.

About the Role: In this position, you'll work on steel-frame builds up to £20m in value, joining a contractor known for delivering on negotiated projects across the Midlands. This role is ideal for candidates with a carpentry or trade background focused on high-quality finishing, though this background is not essential. With growth and development opportunities, the role suits professionals who are committed, proactive, and ready to push projects forward to successful, high-quality completion.

Competitive salary ranging from £45k to £55k depending on whether you're in the No.1 or No.2 role
