Our client specialise in M&E fit out schemes in Central London with a current turnover of £25 million this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor who put progression at the forefront of their business whilst being able to work on some of London's most notable schemes.

Role/Responsibilities

* Management of subcontractor labour

* Attend site meetings

* Progress reports

* Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.

* Health and safety

* Review and amend RAMS

* Snagging

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.

The M&E values of the developments varying from £2m- £10m in M&E value which you will deliver in partnership with the construction team of the same business.
