Your new companyAn established Darlington company is looking to enhance its current finance team with the appointment of a Finance Administrator.They are looking for a "safe pair of hands" and someone who can slot into the team quickly and easily - working closely with both the finance and operations teams. Your new role

• Sales Ledger - production of sales invoices
• Proof of delivery audit
• Liaison with customers
• Customer query resolution
• Matching, bathing & coding of invoices
• Purchase Ledger - invoice processing
• Payroll - processing the weekly payroll
• General finance office administration - scanning, filing etc

What you'll need to succeedCandidates with the following experience are more likely to be shortlisted for interview:-

• Working knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage 200 and Sage Payroll
• Sound Excel knowledge - be a regular user of Excel
• Previous experience of working in a busy finance team, that is based on site at the centre of the operational day to day
• Confidence to liaise with all levels of internal staff

Whilst an immediate start is available, those candidates needing to give a months' notice will be given equal consideration.What you'll get in return
