S&D Trade Recruitment is supporting our client based in Ashington in their search for a Electrician. This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to join a well-established property maintenance team working across a variety of domestic and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with solid experience in repairs and general maintenance. You'll need to be confident working on-site, managing your own workload, and delivering high standards of work and service. Electrician Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance work across homes and commercial properties.
* Tackle a mix of planned jobs and responsive repairs, often involving other basic trades.
* Travel between properties as needed.
* Maintain a professional and friendly approach when dealing with tenants or clients on-site
* Keep accurate records of work and report any follow-up actions required.
* Maintain Health and Safety as per company protocols.
Electrician What We are Looking For:
* Required Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Must have18th Edition wiring regulations and Testing & Inspection certification.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Experience working in property maintenance or facilities management would be advantageous.
* A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.
* Someone who takes pride in their work and always puts the customer first.
* Strong communication skillset, with ability to meet deadlines.
