Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid- 3 days office based and 2 days from home

Hours: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Benefits: 28 days holiday + bank holidays, private medical insurance, life insurance, pension and bonus scheme.

This innovative company is on an exciting growth journey and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build exceptional teams. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll recruit top talent across technical and operational roles, from experienced engineers to early careers programs.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to grow high-performing teams while championing a values-driven, inclusive culture across international locations.

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner for technical roles

* Full lifecycle recruitment experience, including direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter

* Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

* Data-driven approach with a proactive attitude to optimize hiring processes

* Experience delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

* Knowledge of UK employment law and experience using an ATS (ideally Workable)

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
