An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a prestigious Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of London. This well-established firm has built a strong reputation in Landlord & Tenant litigation, housing disputes, and civil litigation matters.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, working on a variety of housing and landlord & tenant disputes, including:

* Housing disrepair claims

* Possession proceedings

* Deposit disputes

* HMO and selective licensing issues

* Interim injunctions

* Social housing disputes

This position is ideal for a driven and commercially minded solicitor looking to further their career within a growing and dynamic firm.

Key Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Qualified Legal Executive (NQ - 4+ PQE)

* Strong Landlord & Tenant litigation experience

* Good knowledge of Housing Act 2004, Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, and Civil Procedure Rules

* Experience handling Small Claims, Fast Track & Multi-Track cases

* Strong advocacy skills with County Court experience preferred

* Ability to manage and supervise a team of paralegals and assistants
