Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Medway (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £40k DOE + car allowance & bonus

The Role

We are seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor ideally with some civils / groundworks experience in the Medway area. This position is with a large groundworks company who mainly work on large residential developments across the South East for top 20 housebuilders.

The Company

This company is a well established groundworks firm with multiple offices in the South East and employee over 450 people. This groundworks company offer a number of services such as RC frames, groundworks, ground remediation and infrastructure

The role will require

* Prepare and negotiate BoQ, tender packages and contract documents

* Monitor and control project costs

* Risk management

* Assist with forecasting and reporting at all stages through to finial accounts

* Attending project meetings

* Liaising with design teams, clients and sub-contractors

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Relevant degree

* Ideally civils / groundworks experience

* UK driving licence
