Electronics Hardware Engineer | Aerospace | On site in Chelmsford

Duties will include:

Design electronic PCBs and circuits which use embedded software & hardware to meet performance characteristics
Ensuring quality, reliability within products and making sure the product's life meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Work as part of a multi-discipline team.
Work under a Technical Authority and Product Authority who will guide the development. 
Essential Skills and Experience:

A strong background in Electronic Hardware design for products 
Experience in Product based design, development and qualification
Experience of analogue circuit design (switching PSUs & signal conditioning)
Experience of digital circuit design (0.5GHz bus speeds)
Experience of designing, managing and realising the layout of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
Knowledge of how to provision hardware for FPGAs and DSPs
Experienced in the partitioning of software & hardware within an architecture for testability, maintainability etc.
Ability to create clear, concise, maintainable and verifiable technical specifications, APIs, interface specifications and integration guides
Ideally a degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, lEng, CEng or equivalent in experience
