Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hourly Rate: £12-£13
30 hours per week

Our client, a highly respected nursery, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and enriching environment for children. Working closely with a team of skilled educators, you'll help create personalized learning experiences to ensure every child receives the attention and care they need to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Experience: Proven experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for creating meaningful and enriching learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Provide high-quality care and education for children in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting.
• Observe and assess children's development, tailoring learning opportunities to their individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative environment.
• Ensure all nursery policies and safeguarding procedures are followed to maintain a secure environment.
