Your Role at a Glance:

As our IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT. From troubleshooting system issues to setting up hardware for R&D, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our technology—and our business—at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver hands-on IT support to over 50 staff.

* Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support and manage a ticketing system.

* Administer systems, including backups, anti-virus, and security protocols.

* Maintain Windows OS updates, BIOS updates, and audio hardware.

* Support R&D projects by building and setting up PCs and test servers.

* Offer expert advice on Microsoft 365 and related applications.

* Manage and monitor networks, firewalls, and server performance.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support or Technician role.

* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

* Familiarity with Terminal Services/Citrix/VDA environments (a plus).

* Expertise in network security and asset management.

* Scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch Files, Linux Shell, Python, or PHP).

* A full UK driving licence.
