Interim Regeneration Project Manager - 400 per day - East Midlands - Council - Hybrid Working - 6 Months

We are currently looking to appoint a Regeneration Project Manager to support the growth and investment in the area. The role will be project manager for the Long Term Plan for Towns Fund and related projects. The focus will be on improvement of town centres and the development of employment land working with the regeneration team.

They are looking for an experienced PM with a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre construction stages for commercial and regeneration projects funded through the Levelling Up schemes. Local Authority experience is required.

Experience with various Funding streams is essential and a Prince II qualification is advisable.
