Cooper Lomaz are working with a national business to assist with an exciting role. This opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the business, and they are seeking a talented individual who can bring new skills to the team. The company operates within the healthcare sector, and while experience with clinical systems is preferred, it is not essential.

Role Overview:As an IT System Change Analyst, you will support internal systems, provide assistance, and play an active part in projects. You will join an expanding team and work with systems such as VOIP, CRM, SystmOne, and EMIS. This role involves active participation in system analysis, configuration, change, and testing, providing hands-on support across all levels of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for key business systems
  • Actively participate in projects, leading analysis, configuration changes, and system testing
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance system capabilities through automation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide support for other operations or projects
  • Liaise with external partners to assist with ticket resolution

About You:

  • Experience in an IT change role
  • Proven experience in administering systems such as VOIP, CRM, SystmOne, or EMIS
  • Experience providing administrative support for Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in 1st and 2nd line support

Salary & Location:

  • The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
  • This is a fully remote role; however, occasional travel to offices across the UK may be required
