Key Responsibilities:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom support by assisting teachers with lesson delivery and activities.

• Work closely with students, offering both group and 1:1 support tailored to their needs.

• Promote students’ academic progress, social skills, and emotional development.

• Adapt to different classroom environments and requirements with a proactive attitude.

• Monitor and report student progress to teaching staff.

• Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a variety of educational settings. You’ll need:

• Experience working with children (experience in schools is an advantage).

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

• Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is beneficial but not essential.
