Active Recruitment are working with an Outstanding mainstream Primary school in Billericay who are seeking full time Key Stage 1 & 2 Teachers to start in September 2024 on a permanent or a temporary to permanent basis. The school are looking for someone who can plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 & 2.

This is a highly respected school situated in Billericay and a school that is proud to be operating out of state-of-the-art facilities and excellent teaching spaces. The school have a strong reputation for their investment in staff, where professional training and development are concerned.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:

· Plan and teach well-structured lessons following the school curriculum

· To plan lessons and activities to meet pupils individual learning needs

· To use a range of appropriate strategies and follow school policies for teaching, behaviour management and classroom management

· Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievement of pupils

· Adapt teaching and lessons to meet the needs of all students

· Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
