A Senior Electrical Project Manager is required for a company based in Liverpool Street Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager for a M&E Sub contractor with a turnover of £70m who have recently won a number of commercial Fit Outs projects. The project is a £7m commercial fit out based in Central London.

Your Duites as the Senior Electrical Project Manager

* Manage Full electrical installations and refurbishments of offices ranging from £1m - £10m

* Overseeing the Electrical Design and reverting back to the Electrical team

* Defined work schedules, prepared estimates of materials requirements, managed procurement.

* To manage a Full Electrrical install from start to completion.

* Maintained coordination with all sub-contractors and main contractor

* Liaised with all other trades.

* Conducted review meeting,

* Day to Day organising of the Project, assigning tasks to the supervisors.

* Managing Technical Submittals.

The pay for the Senior Electrical Project Manager position will be £80k - £85k + package including bonus if targets are met.
