Personal Tax Manager Job Vacancy Are you an experienced personal tax accountant with supervisory level experience and a relevant qualification (ACCA,ACA, CTA, ATT etc) who would be excited to enjoy a collaborative work environment as Personal Tax Manager in London?

We’re seeking an able and inspiring leader, someone who can instill confidence in our valued clients and support a junior team to achieve great things and add real value to the delivery of personal tax advice and compliance services to a varied client portfolio operating in a broad range of sectors.
Job Purpose - Provide trusted advisory to a significant and diverse client portfolio.
- Manage all commercial aspects of your portfolio.
- Working directly with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Analyse and interpret data and prepare tax advice based on findings.
- Preparation of tax reports.
- Undertake a range of advisory work, including Trusts tax, Inheritance tax, Capital Gains Tax, and SAS.
- Lead liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients, proactively handling enquiries.
- Oversee junior staff, including monitoring workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
- Proactively investigate and identify opportunities for the firm and clients.

Job Requirements - Qualified with a previous personal tax supervisory level role within practice.
- 5 years of UK practice experience.
- Portfolio management experience, including all commercial aspects.
- Supervisory experience with good people management skills.
- Strong understanding of current tax and general accounting UK regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
