Job Title: Senior Associate – Private Client

You will have the opportunity to lead a diverse Private Client Team and play a pivotal role in the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Duties include:

• Managing a busy caseload of Private Client matters for clients with instructions covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and Planning advice, Court of Protection applications and Probate applications and estate administration
• Liaising with the Dispute Resolution Team with regards to Contentious Probate matters
• Contribute to business development efforts to facilitate growth of the department and the wider firm
• Acting as a leading figure within the team, mentoring more junior staff members

The successful candidate will have/be:

• 5 to 10 years PQE in managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
• Excellent management capabilities  
• An interest in contributing to business development efforts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
