Our client is on the hunt for a Finance Director to lead their growing financial operations and strategy. You'll be the brains behind the numbers, steering the company toward smart financial decisions that allow them to scale and succeed in a competitive market.

What you'll do:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including international subsidiaries (yes, they're global, no biggie).
• Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes-helping the business stay ahead of the curve.
• Lead the way through financial audits-experience here is essential. You'll need to be calm, collected, and able to navigate the process like a pro.
• Work closely with other teams to develop and execute the company's strategy, supporting both financial and business growth.
• Be hands-on with people management, mentoring and guiding team members who are growing in their financial careers.

About You:

• You've got solid experience in finance leadership roles and have worked in businesses with international subsidiaries and turnovers in the tens of millions (or more).
• You're a seasoned pro with financial audits-you know the process, the challenges, and how to get through them without breaking a sweat.
• As a people manager, you excel at guiding and mentoring a team, supporting their development while driving operational success.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment where you can flex your problem-solving muscles and take initiative.
• You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in-no job is too small if it helps the business succeed.
• You've got a sense of humour and can maintain composure even in the busiest of times.
• Bonus points if you're into endurance sports-many of the team are marathoners, triathletes, and cycling enthusiasts!
