The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be a key part of our care team, offering emotional and practical support to the children in our home. Your role will be varied, rewarding, and make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Building positive and trusting relationships with the children

Supporting with daily routines, activities, and life skill development

*

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive home environment

*

Working as part of a team and alongside external professionals

*

Keeping clear and accurate records and contributing to care planning

What We're Looking For:

Kind, compassionate, and dependable individuals

*

Previous experience working with children or in care is preferred - but not essential

*

A strong desire to help young people reach their full potential

*

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

*

Must be 21+ due to Ofsted regulations

*

Driving licence is an advantage but not required
