Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a CNC Team Leader for their manufacturing client in the West Bromwich area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established manufacturing operation.

Hours:

* Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00

* Standard Working Hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 21:00 - 07:00 (4-day working week!)

Pay Rate:

* £30,542 - Starting salary on days

* £32,622 - Once moved onto nights

* £34,611 - Once fully trained

Job Duties:

* Overseeing CNC machining operations and ensuring production targets are met

* Supervising and supporting a team of CNC machinists

* Operating and setting CNC machinery (wood CNC experience preferred but not essential)

* Conducting quality checks to maintain high production standards

* Troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Team Leader role is essential

* CNC machining experience (wood CNC experience preferred but not essential)

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
