The ideal Commercial Litigation role will include:* Run a caseload and act for SMEs in a wide range of sectors, institutional clients I the financial sector and commercial property owners and funders. * Covering commercial property litigation, shareholders and partnership disputes, warranty claims and other claims arising from business sales, professional negligence actions, contested insurance claims, and a variety of contract disputes. * Property litigation including contested lease renewals, dilapidations claims and wide rage of disputes involving sales and purchases and leasing of property.The Ideal Commercial Litigation candidate will have:* 7+ years PQE+* Experience in Commercial Litigation covering a variety of matters.* Experience in Property Litigation is an advantage * Business development skills. * Leadership and mentoring skillsBenefits include, Bonus, hybrid and remote working, incentives to progress quickly.
