Looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a leading Newcastle City Centre Law Firm the candidate will ideally have around 5 years' experience carrying their own files. 

Main Responsibilities:-

Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
Oversee your own caseload with confidence and independence, ensuring efficient management from start to finish.
Provide exceptional client service, guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions.
Develop relationships with local estate agents, building a strong network and contributing to the firm's growth.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
