Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join the existing team on an initial 6month contract.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated track record in CRM strategy management within Financial Services.
• Align one-bank strategy and deliver consistent customers & colleagues experience.
• Experience in managing the following strategic options:
  • Software - the right tool to deliver the right outcomes for business capability.
  • Managed services - the right people to support our ability to deliver our goals.
• Excellent documentation skills; ensure clear communication and effective.
• Self-starter individual who can lead workshops with multiple teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leaders.
• Team-oriented mindset, a can-do attribute and strong commitment to their work.
