Bilingual Customer Service Advisor Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi

Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an established business based in Pudsey, as they are looking to recruit their next Customer Service Advisor. The successful Customer Service Adviser will need to be fluent in either Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi. 

The duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:

• Collaborate as part of a team, supporting one another in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
• Provide a dependable customer resolution service across various communication channels
• Take ownership of customer issues and prioritise resolving them during their initial contact
• Appropriately escalate issues to the relevant teams
• Ensure customer information is accurately updated and compliant with GDPR

Key skills required of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Fluent in Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Proven teamwork experience
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer service or operations role
