What you'll be doing:?? Supporting a team of sales reps by logging calls & preparing quotes?? Processing orders & managing customer files with precision?? Scheduling installations & site surveys like a pro?? Liaising with manufacturing & logistics to ensure a smooth operation?? Preparing essential documentation (O&M manuals, RAMS, order packs)?? Communicating with customers & internal teams to guarantee top service
