An international medical devices company who are a market leader in their therapeutic area are looking for an Events Logistics Manager to join their team in Slough on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Events Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of events, and training sessions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and planning exhibitions, managing event inventory and coordinating logistics for congresses and workshops
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan training courses and events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies
Overseeing event budgets, bookings and contracts such as stand arrangements, supplier coordination and compliance with necessary documentation
Work with the wider team to ensure efficient equipment management, timely deliveries and smooth execution of exhibitions and training eventsRequirements

Previous experience in event logistics preferably within the medical, healthcare, or life sciences sector
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
