Application Requirements:

• Have prior experience working with children in Key Stage 1 or similar age groups.
• Be familiar with delivering boosters and interventions to support children's learning.
• Demonstrate understanding of SEN support and strategies to help children with additional needs.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
• Possess a valid DBS check or be willing to undertake one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted booster and intervention sessions to small groups or individual students.
• Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs to ensure their progress.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to implement learning strategies and track progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Assist with general classroom activities and contribute to the wider school community.
