Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses and care staff
Oversee care coordination, education, and rehabilitation for children
Ensure clinical excellence, including tracheostomy and ventilator care
Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
Manage staff development, recruitment, and governanceSalary & Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £58,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
35 days holiday (including Public/Bank Holidays)

Paediatric Nurse with NMC registration and mentorship qualification
