We're seeking a Senior Legal Engineer / Legal Technologist to join an innovative and award-winning team dedicated to redefining the legal landscape through cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions.

The Role

In this dynamic, client-focused role, you'll tackle high-impact projects that deliver tangible value, improve efficiency, and generate meaningful insights for clients. As a Senior Legal Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

* Analyzing and optimizing legal and business processes with advanced process mapping and visualization techniques.

* Delivering robust solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, HighQ, Contract Express, Relativity, and Kira.

* Evaluating and implementing creative problem-solving strategies.

* Acting as the client's advocate by providing feedback to the product development team to enhance AI solutions.

* Building collaborative relationships, mentoring teammates, and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth across the team.

* Keeping abreast of advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies and identifying emerging market trends.

* Continuously expanding your expertise in software tools and leveraging their functionalities for optimal results.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Senior Legal Engineer who combines technical aptitude with a deep understanding of legal processes.

You'll need:

* A solid background in the legal sector, with expertise in AI, technology, and data solutions applied to legal workflows.

* Experience working on legal processes, data analysis, solution design, or similar projects.

* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and a strong focus on understanding client needs.

* A team-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace.

Bonus points for:

* Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel (including VBA and advanced formulas).

* Experience designing solutions using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall.

* Familiarity with automating legal workflows and tools used in the legal tech space.
