Salary: £30000/annum

We're seeking a Service and Parts Administrator to join our clients expanding UK Sales team. This role is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week within the St Ives area.

Main Duties:

* Liaise with Service Engineers to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

* Create project-specific spare parts packages and process customer orders.

* Utilise SAP to generate quotes, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.

* Place orders with suppliers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and warehouse demand.

* Prioritise orders, coordinate shipments, and resolve any issues.

* Work closely with the accounts department to manage invoices and returns.

* Update spares database and support the Service Manager with various tasks.

The Successful Candidate:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.

* Technical aptitude

* Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SAP.

* Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
