Your Role

Joining this thriving commercial property team, you will:

• Advise on a variety of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases & leases
• Advise national and regional businesses, banks, developers and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases
• Manage client relationships – Work with national & regional businesses, banks and developers
• Collaborate with a team of experienced solicitors, legal executives and paralegals
• Contribute to the firm’s continued success through high-quality legal expertise
• Mentor junior colleagues (if applicable) to support team development

Who We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Newly Qualified or up to 3 years PQE
• Experience in Commercial Property Law
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Mentoring or supervisory experience (desirable, but not essential)
• A proactive, commercially focused approach
