Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Location: New Malden
Job Type: Part-time, Monday to Thursday
Hours: 8:45am - 4:30pm
Pay: £92 - £95 per day (PAYE)

A specialist College for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Complex needs. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

Job Description:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

- Support students with ASD, PMLD, and Complex needs
- Assist with personal care and daily living skills
- Help students access the curriculum and participate in college activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with ASD, PMLD, and Complex needs
- Ability to provide personal care and support with daily living skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
