Cleaner Profile

We are looking for passionate people who are interested in contributing by supporting our Hospitals. Without good cleaners, the hospital couldn't deliver its life-changing medical services. We are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion, want to go the extra mile for our patients, and have a ‘can-do’ mindset - is this you?

These roles are predominately in Dartford area, but by joining Compass you also gain access to roles throughout many other sites across Greater London.

Main responsibilities include:

- Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer

- Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard

- Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitized regularly

- Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently

- Emptying and disposing of bin waste

- Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies

- Must be over 18 years old.

No experience necessary!
