Robert Half are currently working with a business based in North-East Bristol who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join for an initial period of 3 months.

Role: Finance Assistant

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Hourly/daily rate equivalent)

Duration: Circa 3 months

Start date: ASAP

Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hour working week. 3 days in the office, 2 working from home

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the accounts payable ledger
• Managing the expenses
• Managing the accounts receivable ledger
• Weekly bank reconciliations
• Assisting with cashflow forecasting
• Assisting with month end activities - closing ledgers and associated reporting

Person Specification

• Computer literate including good working knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to take accountability of own workload
• Proactive attitude
