As Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications in line with company policy following regulations through to completion and working closely with the mortgage advisor and lenders.

Duties for Case Manager:

* Pipeline management to support end to end processing targets

* Document checking

* Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers

* Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables

* Proactive and positive communicator, who is naturally organized.

* Telephone call handling

* Work closely with the Underwriters to ensure applications are progressed to outcome efficiently and accurately.

Skills:-

* Financial service admin or mortgage experience.
