We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team of a well established facilities maintenance company in the Wath-Upon-Dearne, South Yorkshire. This role is offering a 12 month FTC position, broad range of learning opportunities and a friendly working environment.

As a HR Administrator, you will:

Assist where necessary with employee queries
Assist the HR Advisor as required
Prepare and send out offer letters and contracts to new employees and provide payroll with all the relevant information
Send out reference requests for all new employees and chase for responses as appropriate and complete all ex-employee references
Complete all paperwork in relation to leavers - letter to employee confirming dates, exit interview questionnaire, information to payroll / fleet / mobiles / IT
Assist in production of HR reporting requirements including employee numbers/HR statistics etc
Maintain and update where necessary all internal forms and employment offer documents
Inform the Training Department of any training requirements
To maintain HR.Net and produce management reports as requested

We would really like to speak with you if you have:

Experience in HR ( Advisor/ Assistant/ ER advisor) roles prior
Dealt with on boarding processes and RTW checks
Competent when using Microsoft packages
