Immediate requirement for a Chef on a temporary basis to support the team. Along with leading the kitchen operations you will support in the delivery of the existing menu.

Duties:

* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations

* Order and replenish stock

* Manage stock rotation

* Supervise team

Pay depends on experience. Head Chef c£19p/h. Sous Chef c£15p/h
