Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000

Overview: Join a leading Social Housing Provider dedicated to delivering safe, secure, and well-maintained homes. We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee their Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our properties are maintained to high standards, contributing directly to their mission of improving lives through housing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day R&M activities, ensuring timely maintenance and operational efficiency.
Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adequate coverage and high performance.
Oversee project planning, compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and budget management.
Conduct inspections of subcontractor work, manage stock levels, and handle customer service requests effectively.Required Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in R&M management within the construction industry, Certified SMSTS preferred.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, CDM regulations, and compliance standards.
Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality reports.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Desirable Qualifications:

Level 5 Managing Housing Maintenance qualification, Scaffold Inspection, and PASMA certifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, QL, and QL Asset.
Experience in Energy Performance assessment and project management.Benefits:
