Are you an enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Room Leader or experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive nursery environment? We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a lovely nursery in Cricklewood 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities of a Nursery Room Leader:

* Leadership and Supervision - Lead, manage, and support a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the room.

* Planning and Delivering Education - Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Child welfare and Safeguarding - Act as a designated safeguarding lead within the room, recognising signs of abuse or neglect, and following appropriate reporting procedures.

* Parental Communication - Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress and discussing any concerns.

Requirements:

* Eligibility to work in the UK.

* Level 3 qualification in childcare - Essential for this role.

* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

* Experience as a room leader - Desirable

* At least 5 years experience working in early years education if you have not been a room leader previously.
