Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our team. As a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating Fanuc controlled lathes to produce high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities

* Set up CNC lathes according to job specifications and ensure proper calibration

* Operate CNC lathes to produce precision components within specified tolerances

* Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machine operation or production quality

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator

* Proficiency in setting and operating Fanuc controlled lathes

* Strong understanding of machining principles and practices

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Day-to-day

* Setting up CNC lathes for specific jobs

* Operating CNC lathes to produce precision components

* Inspecting finished parts for quality assurance

* Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with machine operation

* Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Rate and Hours

* Rate: Competitive, based on experience

* Hours: Full-time, with potential for overtime as needed
