My client are a well-established organisation based in Lewes. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join on a temporary to permanent basis.
Description
As the Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inputting purchase invoices to the Finance system.
- Matching invoices to POs and ensuring they have been correctly coded and approved.
- Reconciling supplier statements, filing invoices and resolving supplier queries.
- Processing expenses and credit card payments.
Profile
To be successful in your application for Accounts Assistant, you should be:
- Available to join immediately/one week notice
- Experienced in similar role for ideally at least two weeks
- Be hard working, organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with clients/stakeholders
