• Previous leadership/ management experience.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Strong control panel wiring skills.
• Good understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The duties & responsibilities will include:

• Lead & supervise the day-to-day running of the workshop.
• Managing the full production process for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
• Liaising with operations & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
