This is a role focussed on GROWTH, we need a proven sales manager who can look at accounts and customer base and IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES for GROWTH. The Role:

• You will manage, support & develop the Sales Account managers & Business Development Team
• Plan and hit the given Group Sales targets
• You will be accountable for the Sales Executive(s) to ensure they achieve/maintain set targets & Key Performance Indicators.
• You will be responsible for managing, training, developing & motivating the Sales Team
• You will provide weekly reports/forecast of the Team’s pipeline to Senior Management

• Experience in a similar B2B environment, managing a telephone-based sales team
• Strategic growth approach - not just a KPI head teacher.
• Hands on, resilient leader, lead from the front
• Experience in recruiting and training Sales Executives
• Fluent and experienced in CRM’s
• Experience of reporting and forecasting sales figures
