Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in various trades and possess an NVQ Level 2 qualification in any trade. The role involves working on a variety of projects in the Fulham and Hammersmith areas, ensuring high standards of maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
Respond promptly to service requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to deliver comprehensive building services.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries in a professional manner.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

NVQ Level 2 qualification in any trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work across different locations within Fulham and Hammersmith.
Valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
